"Decent case, frustrating support"
The case was okay at first and I didn’t really have any major complaints with it. But dealing with the warranty support was frustrating. It took days to get replies, and they kept asking me for the same information over and over. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it kind of felt like they were dragging it out instead of actually trying to help. Not the worst experience ever, just definitely not great

"Good value, just a little slow to arrive"
I ordered from panthercases and I’m happy with it overall. The case looks like the photos and feels decent in hand. It’s not exactly premium, but for the price I think it’s fair. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, though it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably give it 4 stars since the value is good, just not perfect

"Nice cases, but a bit pricey"
I liked the cases overall, they look good and feel well made. I just expected the prices to be a little more reasonable for what you get, so they felt a bit high to me.

"Scuffed case and annoying packaging"
The case showed up with scuffs on the corners because it was barely protected in the box. I tried to be patient about it, because apparently that’s what you have to do when something arrives messed up, but it’s frustrating. Not what I expected at all...

"Decent communication, but the timing felt a little unclear"
Communication was okay overall, not terrible but not exactly great either. I did get answers to my questions, but sometimes I wasn’t really sure when I was supposed to hear back, and I’d end up wondering if I missed something or if it was just taking longer than expected. Once they replied, the answers were usually clear enough, but I did feel like I had to follow up a couple times. It all worked out in the end, just felt a bit uneven and not super smooth.

"Pretty happy with it, even with the wait"
I ordered a case from panthercases i’m happy with it. At first I was a little annoyed because the shipping took longer than I expected, and I kept thinking, okay, where is this thing? But once it showed up, my mood changed fast. The case fits really well and it actually looks like the pictures, which was a relief. For the price, I feel like it was worth it. I wouldn’t say I was blown away, but I’m satisfied and would probably order from them again.

"Not really in stock"
I ordered a case because it said it was in stock, but then I got told it wasn’t actually available. So yeah, that was kind of annoying and felt like a waste of time for me

"Looks okay, but not worth the hassle"
The case looks decent enough once it’s on, but installing it was way more annoying than I expected. The fit felt really tight, and the instructions didn’t help much at all. I had to try a few times, and I’m still not totally sure it’s sitting right. On top of that, I had to wait in a queue before getting help, which just made the whole thing even more frustrating.

"Decent case, but not the smoothest to use"
The case does the job and fits my stuff fine, so I can’t really complain too much there. It feels like it protects everything well so far. My main issue is that the clips are kind of stiff, so if I need to open it quickly, it gets annoying fast. Also, the instructions or next steps weren’t super clear, so I had to mess around with it a bit to figure things out. It’s not a bad case, but for the price I expected it to feel a little smoother and easier to use

I was thinking about ordering, but I just couldn’t get comfortable with it. The site didn’t give me much to go on, and the brand info felt kind of light, like there should’ve been more there... I don’t know, something just felt off, so I ended up not taking the chance.

"Shipping was slower than I expected"
I ordered a case thinking it would ship out within a reasonable amount of time, but it seemed to just sit there for days with barely any tracking updates. I kept checking because I was expecting a faster response and at least some movement sooner.

By the time it finally started moving, I already needed the case, so it was frustrating. The product might be totally fine, but the shipping experience was too slow for me, and I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Case designs feel dated"
I just wasn’t really into the case designs. A lot of them felt kind of "old" and overly busy, like styles from years ago. I was hoping for something cleaner and more modern, but most of the options looked a little too loud or even "cheap" to me. I’m sure some people might like that look, but it wasn’t for me.

"It arrived, but I wouldn’t count on fast delivery"
I ordered a case from panthercases.com and, to be fair, it did show up in the end. The case itself arriving was fine, but the delivery process felt a little vague. The tracking updates weren’t super clear, and reading between the lines, it seemed like things were just moving slower than expected without anyone really saying that directly. It ended up coming a few days late, which wasn’t a huge deal for me, but I probably wouldn’t use them if I needed something quickly.

"Fits well, but the buttons feel off"
I like that the case fits my phone nicely, but the buttons don’t feel quite right. You can still use them, but they feel a bit stiff and not as smooth as I expected.

"Refund came through, just took a little time"
It took a bit longer than I was expecting to get everything sorted out, so I was kind of waiting around and checking to see what was going on. But in the end, I did get refunded, so it was resolved. Not the fastest process, but the refund did come through.

"Helpful, but the wait was on them"
Customer service was friendly and did end up helping me, but I think whoever was handling my ticket could’ve been a bit quicker with the replies. My question got sorted in the end, so I can’t complain too much, but the slow back-and-forth made it feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Held Up When I Needed It"
I’ve already dropped my phone twice with this case on, and it protected it both times without any issues. Based on my experience so far, it feels reliable and does exactly what it’s supposed to do
